Shipping Policy
We work really hard to get all your items to you as quickly as we can. Our items are made to order, therefore processing times will vary depending on how busy we are. Updates on processing times will be noted below, so please check back regularly.
Currently, all orders will be shipped 1-2.5 weeks from order date. This does not include shipping time. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks during sales and for custom orders.
If your order contains pre-order item(s), your order will be shipped once all items are ready unless other arrangements have been made. Please refer to product details for pre-order shipment dates. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS using the flat rate shipping costs detailed below.

Local Pickup
If you are in Calgary or the surrounding area and would like to pick up your order, we will send you a notification of pickup date, time and location. Available pick up locations are Panorama Hills (T3K 0N2) or Beddington (T3K 1T3) in NW Calgary.
